Mary & Elizabeth (Freiburg Cathedral) Static Window Cling
This lovely stained glass represents the Visitation, when Mary, pregnant with Jesus, visits her cousin Elizabeth, pregnant with John the Baptist. The text is the first line of the Magnificat or Song of Mary and translates as 'my soul doth magnify the lord'. This 14th century stained glass panel is in the north aisle of Freiburg Cathedral.
